This album was the beginning of Sincere's journey with music and in life, This is where it all happened and turned into an album, Sincere's most in depth and heartfelt memory's and emotions were captured in this work of art, It's the story of a young man out in the big world alone, only thing he ever knew was suffering loss. which in this album he speaks of these losses like his father passing away and what he went threw during that time in jail missing the funeral and how he found God and turned his life around, it was the pick yourself up part of his life, he wanted to inspire people with this album to show them they could make it threw the hardest thing's in life, he encourages his listeners to pick themselves up and move forward no matter how bad it is, he wants to show you how, and allow his music to keep you level headed and strong. Next is The Transition.. The success story of picking youself up, The Transition into the next part of life now that we have picked ourselves up. Whats next for life to throw at us. The Transition is the next album Sincere accomplished vol 1 which works nicely with *(Pick Yourself Up) vol 2 is now in the process of being made 2014
